The Mechanical Engineering program at AUB explores how things move, how energy flows, and how physical systems function— at every scale, from tiny devices to large infrastructure. The program combines scientific principles with hands-on design to improve technologies in transportation, manufacturing, robotics, and sustainable energy.
This mission is realized by focusing on the following areas:
The student will gain experience in engineering applications, learn the underlying fundamentals, and acquire the skills and methods for problem-solving. Designed to promote lifelong learning and progressive professional development, the curriculum balances depth and rigor with breadth and creativity to continuously adapt to the rapid technological and societal changes.
