BBA in Business Administration | Marketing | Senior
I completed internships at both ABM Care (Holcom) and Impact BBDO, for a one-month duration in each, gaining valuable marketing experience in both corporate and agency settings. At ABM Care, the Apple Authorized Service Provider in Lebanon, I worked in the Marketing Department, contributing to content creation, campaign planning, and social media management. I improved my project management skills through influencer research and budget tracking, while enhancing my creative thinking through ideas for the Q4 social calendar for iStyle and ABM. At Impact BBDO, one of the leading creative advertising agencies in the MENA region, I worked in the Client Servicing department, where I refined my communication, storytelling, and adaptability by crafting client briefs, presentations, and emails in a fast-paced environment. These internships reinforced my academic learning in courses like Consumer Behavior, Digital Content Creation, and Public Relations, bridging theory with practical experience in brand strategy and campaign execution. I am really grateful that I got to professionally learn how agencies and companies operate from the inside, how different departments collaborate to achieve a common goal, and how to handle pressure, deadlines, and client expectations. I also realized the importance of communication, teamwork, and attention to detail in maintaining a company’s image and client satisfaction.

I completed my 8-week internship at PwC Lebanon in the Assurance Department, where I worked as part of the team handling the Elie Saab account. The experience allowed me to apply concepts from my business studies to real client work, particularly communication, analytical thinking, and working effectively within tight deadlines. I strengthened my client-facing and teamwork skills, and learned to be proactive, ask informed questions, and contribute meaningfully rather than wait for direction. Working with real financial data also sharpened my problem-solving abilities, which I will carry forward as I pursue a career in consulting. Overall, the internship helped me grow personally and professionally, gave me a clearer sense of the work environments where I can thrive, and the kind of professional I aspire to become.

The internship complemented my coursework by translating theoretical business concepts into practical applications, particularly in problem-solving and decision-making. I gained valuable insights into how innovation and strategy intersect in real-world contexts, and I learned to approach challenges with a structured, analytical mindset. Overall, it was a transformative experience that enhanced both my professional and personal growth.

During the past summer, I had an enriching experience completing a two-month internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Assurance Department. Drawn by PwC’s strong market presence and culture of excellence, I was eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic professional environment. Throughout the internship, I strengthened my business and financial acumen by applying knowledge from courses such as Financial Accounting, Business Finance, and Computing for Business to client engagements across automotive distribution, media and advertising, and FMCG industries. My two-month internship at A.P. Moller – Maersk Lebanon in the Customer Experience (CX) Department was an eye-opening journey into how global logistics truly operates. I learned to think strategically — seeing how every decision impacts both operations and customer satisfaction — while becoming more aware of the processes that keep supply chains running smoothly. The experience taught me to approach every task with the customer in mind, communicate across diverse teams, and adapt quickly to changing situations. It connected my finance studies to real-world operations and strengthened my confidence in solving problems that blend efficiency, clarity, and human understanding.

I completed a two-month internship at PwC in the Deals Department – Transaction Services, where I gained hands-on exposure to financial due diligence and valuation projects. Throughout the internship, I developed advanced Excel and financial analysis skills, particularly in building models, organizing complex data, and interpreting financial statements. This experience closely complemented my coursework at OSB, as I was able to apply concepts from my finance and accounting classes to real-world business cases. The internship not only deepened my technical and analytical capabilities but also enhanced my teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment taught me how to manage deadlines effectively, adapt to new challenges, and deliver results collaboratively, contributing to both my professional and personal growth.
