New Graduate Students' Orientation session - Fall 2025 - 26

The Graduate Council held the New Graduate Student Orientation for Fall 2025 - 26 on Monday, August 18, 2025.

The purpose of the graduate students' orientation was to meet the following objectives:

Introduce the Graduate Council, including meeting the team—Dr. Jocelyn DeJong (Director), Nada Wehbe (Graduate Academic and Student Experience Coordinator)—and learning about the support and scope of work provided by the GC.
Introduce the various units at AUB (OIP, OSA, Title IX, CCEC, Writing Center, University Libraries) and inform students of the support they offer.
Provide an opportunity for new graduate students to meet other new students and current graduate students, enjoy a reception, and inquire about any related matter.
