FAS graduate students and undergraduate students enrolled in senior year capstone seminars are invited to lead a reading group that meets at least five times during the semester to address questions related to CAH's current research clusters in the arts and humanities.
Eligibility: FAS graduate students and undergraduate students in their senior year.
Budget: $500 lump sum e.g. to purchase reading material/books, host a dinner, etc.
Application materials: Apply online. Please upload in a single PDF file: 1. Proposal including a working title and abstract, relating the topic to one of CAH's research clusters (300 words); 2. CV of the person leading the reading group and names and departmental affiliation of at least three participants; and 3. Proposed list of readings.
Outcomes for CAH: Reading groups should meet in CAH's seminar room (booking to be done through CAH) and share a brief reflection at the end (c. 750 words). They need to include a minimum of three participants from across AUB.
