 The Nadim Khalaf Tennis Courts Rules

1. To make a reservation, please use the 'AUB CHSC' mobile app
   
2. ​During the academic year, the courts are reserved for the AUB tennis varsity team on M-T-Th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
   
3. Except for athletic events, special functions, or rental groups, all patrons using the tennis courts need to contact the CHSC to arrange usage times and show the appropriate ID for use.
   
4. Only sportswear and white-bottomed, non-marking tennis shoes or sneakers are permitted on the tennis courts.
   
5. The tennis attendant is most of the time physically present around the tennis courts when individuals are using the facility.
   
6. Food and gum are not permitted on the tennis courts.
   
7. No more than four individuals may be on a court at one time.
   
8. An hour-by-hour booking, regardless of the number of users per booking, shall be generally implemented for each court. A two-hour block booking may be possible outside of peak hours or as approved by the Director of University Sports.
   
9. Use of the tennis courts shall be by reservation on the AUB CHSC app or at the reception desk on a “first-come, first-served” basis. A member can reserve a maximum of three bookings per week. Those who show up without a reservation may do so after clearance with the on-site attendant that the court is free for use and must leave the court when individuals have made a booking. The reception desk attendant in the fitness/squash court area shall monitor the court use and reservation process, addressing conflict situations with the building supervisor.

11. If one does not elect a membership plan but may wish to use the tennis courts, the cost per hour per player will be 
    

Kindly be advised that the varsity team practices are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 17:00 to 19:00 until the end of April 2024.​
