Julie Davis

Julie Davis is a former United States ambassador and senior career diplomat with more than three decades of leadership in international affairs, national security, and diplomacy. She served as U.S. Ambassador/Special Envoy to the Republic of Belarus and to the Republic of Cyprus, and as Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv during Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Throughout her career, she led complex interagency organizations, advanced U.S. strategic interests across Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean, and managed diplomatic responses to major international crises.  Today Amb. Davis remains actively engaged in international affairs through leadership, advisory, and public engagement roles focused on transatlantic security, geopolitical risk, and the intersection of diplomacy, technology, and national security. She holds an MPP from the School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and received her BA in Russian and East European studies from UNC Chapel Hill.​​
